The Serpent's Hand only recruits extremely talented individuals into its ranks, and regularly only sends 2-5 members of its militant force on raids, due to each members individual strengths allowing them to overwhelm armies of Foundation Personnel and Chaos Insurgents.

When escaping as a civilian into the Serpent's Hand, you will keep your custom class, and sometimes gain new abilities.
